Our strategy is designed to drive measurable channel growth; however, the level and pace of growth will vary, and specific results cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

What do you need from me?
Your channel link, access to your channel as a manager (you add us from YouTube Studio, no passwords shared), access to your Google Ads account for the campaign, and one strategy meeting a month.
Do I have to record at Skyllamas?
Yes. For now, the program is only for our podcast studio clients: you need at least one paid recording session with us, past or booked, under the email you join with, so we can plan it around your sessions. Not recording with us yet? Book a session first, or send us a message.
What does the ad budget pay for?
The ad budget is the money spent on YouTube ads to show your videos to new viewers. We suggest at least $1,000 over the 3 months; you can spend more, and we’ll help you decide how much. You pay it directly to Google in your own Google Ads account, so the account, the budget and the results stay yours. Our program fee covers our work: planning, setting up, targeting and adjusting the campaign.
When do we start?
After you join online, we email you within one business day to schedule your kickoff meeting. Month 1 starts at the kickoff.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Pay $3,750 in full, or in 3 monthly payments of $1,250 by card, the same $3,750 in total: the first when you join, then one each month on the same date, charged automatically, so there’s nothing to remember.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, until your kickoff meeting. If you cancel before then, we refund what you paid minus the payment processing fee, which the payment company keeps and doesn’t return to us (2.9% + 30¢ of each card payment: about $109 on $3,750 paid in full, about $37 on a first monthly payment of $1,250). Just email [email protected].
Once the kickoff meeting has happened and work has started, the program fee isn’t refundable. The ad budget is paid by you to Google in your own account, so it never passes through us. The full details are in the program terms.
Are results guaranteed?
No one can honestly promise a number of views or subscribers. What we promise is the work: every part of the program, done well and explained clearly, with a plan built on your own numbers.
