These terms apply to the YouTube Growth program sold by Skyllamas Podcast Studio, a brand of Skyllamas Productions LLC, 225 US-46, Suite 2B, Totowa, NJ 07512 ("we", "us"). By paying for the program you agree to them.

1. Who it’s for

The program is currently offered to clients of Skyllamas Podcast Studio. If we can’t take you on, we refund you in full.

2. What’s included (over 3 months from the kickoff meeting)

  • Channel audit, channel and settings optimization, homepage and playlist improvements, a 90-day growth strategy.
  • Titles, descriptions, keywords and settings for up to 10 videos or Shorts per month.
  • Up to 4 thumbnails per month.
  • A monthly analytics report and a monthly strategy meeting.
  • Setting up and managing up to 1 YouTube ad campaign per month.

Unused monthly allowances don’t carry over to later months or extend the program. Anything not listed is extra and quoted separately.

3. Price and payment

  • Program fee: $3,750, paid in full before the kickoff meeting.
  • You can pay by card, or in installments with Klarna if it’s offered at checkout. An installment plan is an agreement between you and Klarna under Klarna’s terms; we receive the full fee upfront, and the program terms are the same either way.
  • Program fee is an introductory rate and may change for future sign-ups; if you join now, your fee stays the same for your 3 months.
  • Ad budget: we suggest a minimum of $1,000 over the program, and you can choose to spend more. It’s paid by you directly to Google in your own Google Ads account. We never receive or hold ad money, and Google’s own terms apply to it.

4. Refunds

  • If you cancel before the kickoff meeting, we refund the program fee minus the payment processing fee we can’t get back (about $109 for a card payment, about $225 for Klarna). Email [email protected].
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. For Klarna, Klarna adjusts or cancels your installment plan.
  • Once the kickoff meeting has happened and work has started, the program fee is not refundable, including if you stop the program early.
  • If we can’t deliver the program (for example we have to stop for reasons on our side), we refund the fee for the months not delivered.

5. What we need from you

  • Manager access to your YouTube channel (added in YouTube Studio; we never ask for your password).
  • Access to your Google Ads account for the campaign.
  • Attending the monthly strategy meeting, and answering our questions within a few business days.
  • Delays on your side don’t extend the program.

6. No guaranteed results

Our strategy is designed to drive measurable channel growth, but YouTube and Google decide who sees your videos and ads. The level and pace of growth vary and no specific number of views, subscribers or revenue is promised.

7. Your channel and content

  • Your channel, videos, ad account and results stay yours. You can remove our access at any time.
  • Thumbnails, titles and descriptions we make for your channel are yours to use once the program fee is paid.
  • You’re responsible for having the rights to what’s in your videos (music, clips, images).
  • We follow YouTube’s and Google’s rules and won’t use fake views, bought subscribers or any trick against them.
  • We only show your channel’s results as an example of our work with your OK each time.

8. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility is limited to the program fee you paid. We aren’t responsible for decisions made by YouTube or Google (such as reach, ad approvals, policy actions or account suspensions).
