Before you book
Can I tour the studio before booking?
Yes. Tours are free, in person and take about 30 minutes. Pick a time.
How quickly will I receive my files?
Basic: the live-switched video and raw audio are ready within 24 hours (Basic Audio: the raw audio). Edited episodes are ready within a week, or within 10 business days for the Story edit.
How many people can come to a recording?
Up to 4 people on set, and up to 3 more can watch the recording live from our green room.
Do I need podcasting experience?
No. We guide you through every step, from setup to the final file.
Can a guest join online?
Yes. Remote guests join by video, and we email the link when you book.
