Session Packs

How packs work

• Each payment unlocks its sessions right away. We email you your own booking link.
• Book each session whenever you like with your own booking link (in that email) or by logging in: pick a free time and any extras; the package is already covered.
• Each pack session is up to 1 hour; minutes you don’t use in one session don’t carry over to the next, and they aren’t refunded. The same goes for time you add to a session (extra recording time, studio time with guests, the Hollywood Room): it’s up to the time you book.
• Paying monthly: payments follow the calendar, one a month from your first payment, whether or not you’ve used your sessions yet. If a payment is late, the sessions it unlocks wait until it’s paid. Sessions you already have stay yours. You can stop later payments any time before the next one is charged by emailing [email protected]; refunds follow the refund rule below.
• Changing plans: each session can be moved for free up to 48 hours before. Cancel 48 hours or more before and the session goes back to your pack; closer than that, it counts as used, and so does a session moved less than 48 hours before (for the $55 fee) if you cancel it later.
• Refunds: a pack is a commitment to several sessions at a package discount. Once production begins, completed sessions and services already performed aren’t refundable. If you cancel the rest of a pack while it’s valid, we refund the unused sessions after deducting the sessions you’ve used at the regular single-session price and any non-refundable costs already incurred, such as the payment processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ of each card payment, nothing for check or Zelle). Pack sessions must be used within a year of your first payment; expired sessions aren’t refunded.
• If we cancel or can’t provide a session you paid for, you get a refund for what we can’t deliver, or a credit if you prefer.
